I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Florida and Texas with two decades of experience in Social Services, Family Systems, and Mental Health Services. I am a graduate of Florida State University (B.S.) and Nova Southeastern University (M.S. and Ed.S.).

I offer individual, family, and couples therapy while providing compassionate application of Solution Focused Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Family Systems Techniques to both individual and family relationship dynamics. I specialize in coping with life changes, setting boundaries, managing life stressors, anxiety, family conflicts, parenting, and coping with loss and grief.

Prior to joining EverWell Counseling, I was a Hospital and Ambulatory Care Case Manager and Therapist working in various community settings managing and assisting persons in gaining access to vital social, medical, psychoeducational, and counseling services. Therefore, I have compassion for vulnerable persons needing guidance in this journey of life.

I aim to remove psychosocial barriers through talk therapy, addressing challenges on your journey to healing and wholeness. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I can aid you in restoring yourself. If we work together to restore YOU, you will gain the tools needed to restore your relationships as well as develop new skills and tools for new relationships.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I take Aetna or offer sessions at a rate of $150.
