Do you constantly question yourself, struggle with low self-esteem, or feel like you’re never “good enough”? If self-doubt is holding you back, you’re not alone, and therapy can help. I specialize in helping teens and adults build confidence, reduce anxiety, and develop a stronger sense of self.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in negative thought patterns. Whether you're a teen navigating social pressure and academic stress, or an adult working through perfectionism and self-criticism, I offer a supportive space to help you understand your emotions, gain clarity, and learn tools to feel more confident and empowered.

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), self-compassion techniques, and mindfulness to help clients manage anxiety, challenge negative self-talk, and build emotional resilience. My goal is to help you stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting your own voice.

In my work with teens, I focus on anxiety management, emotional expression, and building healthy coping skills. I partner with both the teen and their family (as needed) to create a plan that supports emotional growth, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.

I earned my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with teens and adults facing anxiety, stress, identity challenges, and low self-worth. I believe that with the right support, healing and change are absolutely possible.

If you’re looking for therapy to build confidence, manage anxiety, or support a teen through emotional challenges, I look forward to connecting.

Let’s work together to help you feel more confident, calm, and capable, please reach out for a free consultation today.

I currently accept some insurance or provide sessions at the out-of-pocket rate of $100. If necessary, we will generate a super bill for your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
