I work with teens, families, and couples to help navigate the challenges that come with change, conflict and growth.
With teens, I help young people work through anxiety, stress, self-doubt, school pressure, and relationship conflicts, creating a space where they feel genuinely heard. With families, I help improve communication and strengthen the bonds that can get strained during difficult seasons especially when parents and teens feel stuck in patterns that aren't working. I also offer parent coaching for those who want practical tools and more confidence in how they show up for their kids.
I work with couples as well, at any stage of their relationship whether you're navigating a major life transition, working through recurring conflict, or simply wanting to feel more connected to your partner again. Parenting can be one source of strain on a relationship, but it's far from the only one.
My approach combines proven methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Adlerian therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In simple terms, this means I help clients explore their emotions, understand the patterns driving conflict or disconnection, and build a stronger sense of identity and belonging, whether that work happens individually, as a couple, or as a family.
If you or your family are navigating a difficult season, feeling stuck, or looking to strengthen your relationships, I'm here to help. Together, we can create a path forward that brings more understanding, connection, and peace.
I am a Licensed Professional Counseling in Texas and California. I accept some insurance and offer private pay rates. Please reach out for more information about cost of sessions and scheduling. I look forward to working with you.
