Hola! My name is Jazmin Baca, and I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I’m thrilled that you’ve decided to take the courageous step toward becoming the best version of yourself!
In my journey to becoming a counselor, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, utilizing an Eclectic Therapy approach that draws from Person-Centered Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities. This blend allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate a variety of challenges, including inner-child healing, self-esteem and identity issues, anxiety, depression, cultural adjustment, family dynamics, generational trauma, self-criticism, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore these areas together.

A key focus in my work is understanding how family dynamics shape who you are today. Together, we will take the time to explore your childhood experiences, identify patterns, and uncover how they continue to influence your present life. By making these connections, we can work on breaking unhelpful cycles and fostering growth toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I currently accept Aetna or provide sessions at the out-of-pocket rate of $100. If necessary, we will generate a super bill for your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
