Hello, my name is McKenna Kramer, I am an LPC Associate, supervised by Dana Esposito, LPC-S. I offer individual therapy for adults. My goal is to help you learn more about yourself and foster growth to become the best version of yourself! I value the relationship that I have with my clients by providing a non-judgmental space to allow you to share and express yourself.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, I will assist you in navigating the complexities of anxiety and depression, guiding you towards a more resilient and empowered state of being. My therapeutic approach is personalized and holistic, drawing from various evidence-based modalities. I believe that each individual is unique, and I tailor my sessions to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, low self esteem, or simply seeking personal growth, together we will work towards achieving positive outcomes. I will help you develop coping strategies, increase personal growth, strengthen emotional well being, address unresolved issues and improve your relationships.

I received my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. My clinical experience includes a variety of populations in different settings. While in college, I volunteered at a nonprofit organization that utilized faith-based approaches. I also spent a year interning at a middle school, providing therapy to adolescent students. After graduation, I worked in a community mental health outpatient program in the Houston area for a little over a year.

I currently accept Aetna, United Health Care, Optum or provide sessions at the out of pocket rate of $100. If necessary we generate a super bill for your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. I have experience in faith-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

If I am not at work, I am spending time with my two fur babies and my husband. I enjoy traveling and also spending time outside on walks or playing tennis.

If you're ready to embark on a path of healing, I invite you to reach out. Let's connect and explore how we can work together to create a life marked by resilience, self-compassion, and renewed hope.
