I offer individual therapy for teens and adults as well as couples therapy. During the course of therapy, my focus is to learn about who you are and where you want to go in your life’s journey. My primary goal in that process is to create a supportive and a non-judgemental environment that can provide us the space to put successes into action and aid us in embodying them.
Our lives can seem filled with an overwhelming amount of barriers that keep us from our successes. As a counselor, I will work towards aiding you in balancing your life goals and the demands of your life. Whether your barriers are depression, anxiety, life concerns, relational issues, or self-esteem; we can work together to move through them and reduce how colossal they can feel.
I practice with a person-centered approach and I am experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also incorporate aspects of narrative, feminist, and existential based theories in order to best tailor our work together based on your needs. I received my degree from the University of Houston in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In graduate school, I worked at a small private practice wherein I had the opportunity to work with people of a variety of ages and walks of life. During that time, I gained experience counseling adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families working through trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum, and LGBTQIA+ considerations

It takes courage to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I take Aetna or offer sessions at a rate of $100.
